Customer Service

Brocade Frog is a firm believer in providing the best service possible. Please let us know when placing your order if you have any specific requests, for example, your order must arrive by a specific date.

Shelf Life

For maximum shelf life, store products in a dry, cool, dark place.  Spice rubs will store for 6 months to 1 year. This is a very conservative estimate, with proper storage, most products should keep much longer.

Shipping

We ship UPS. (Options are available for Ground, Overnight, etc..)

Claims

If damage occurs during shipment, please contact the shipping company directly.

Returns

If you have a return, list the item on the back of the invoice and send it back to us within 15 days, in the original condition. Indicate if you would like a new order, a credit to your account, or a refund.
